न आदत्ते कस्याचित पापम, न सुकृतं विभु | अग्यानेंन आवृतं ज्ञानम तेन मुह्यान्ति जन्तव:|| Every creature is equipped with necessary cognition from the very birth but it gets covered under the endless sheets of 'imposed' knowledge or superstitions (agyaanen avrittam gyaanm). e.g. A child born to Hindu family is inculcated that cow is our mother killing it is a great sin so he will shiver even at the very expression of " cow killing". Conversely, in some other communities, the child witnesses the ceremonious killings from the very childhood and is inculcated that it a part of piety to kill. So it commits no sin if kills. Same act: Sin for one and sacramental for other. So thinking at Universal level, 'there is nothing sinful or sacramental, only one's thinking makes difference'. One may like to refer to verse 10 to 15 of Chapter 5 of Geeta ( the above is verse 15). There are several categories of Karma or deeds: कर्म, अकर्म,विक्रम, निषिद्ध कर्म, आदि| What is Karma for me may be Akarm or Prohibited Karma for others. In verse 10 of Ch.5 ibid is a solution: ब्रह्मण्याधाय कर्माणि संगम त्यक्त्वा करोति य, लिप्यते न स पापेन पद्म पत्रम इवाम्भ्सा: |
