Conditioning or conscientiousness ?

You may call it conditioning but I call it conscientiousness. During my High-School days when I visited my village I invariably went to our fields. A common sight was the ploughman working there. And every time he put the yoke on the bullocks, they willingly lowered their necks and undertook the job, howsoever tired and worked out. But then before eating his food, the ploughman fed fodder to the animals.

The ploughman,Plough and Bullocks are part of one machine, the man being more conscient than the other two. In the natures law or system it is the duty of entity with highest level of consciousness, to look after the lower levels so that the lower levels retain their capability to sustain the higher level.
If bullocks are not fed well, we will not get plenty of harvests.
Similarly, if the plough is not repaired or honed periodically both the bullocks and man will be rendered useless. Interplay of interdependence.
