Walking on foot,from Battery Park,
in Manhattan,
to the site of repair,
where once stood.
the Twin-Towers,
we reached,
the Ground Zero,
to see people offering,
flowers and lighting candles etc,
saying, “It happened here. Right here!”
We have our own Ground Zeroes,
but they should not hold ground!,
Nor skies, nor seas. Not even hearts!
